6.17.110 - COSTS TO BE BORNE BY COMPANY
Costs to be borne by company, in addition to the costs imposed by Section 6.17.130 B , shall include, but shall not be limited to, all costs of publications of notices prior to any public meeting provided for pursuant to this chapter and all other publications required by law, and any incurred by the city in its evaluation of any franchisee under any applicable provision of this chapter.
