Chapter 16 SURFACE AND STORM WATER UTILITY

15.16.050 - DEPOSIT AND USE OF UTILITY CHARGES

All charges received shall be deposited into the Surface and Storm Water Utility Fund created in Bellingham Municipal Code Chapter 4.39, and shall be used for the purposes specified therein.
