Chapter 84 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

2.84.050 - MEMBERSHIP

The Board of Directors of the development corporation shall be composed of the members of the City Council as constituted from time to time, acting ex officio. A majority of the members of the Board of Directors shall constitute a quorum.
