15.42.080 - ADMINISTRATION
A. Director: The Public Works Director or a designee shall administer this Ordinance and shall be referred to as the director. The director shall have the authority to develop and implement administrative procedures to administer and enforce this Ordinance. B. Review and approval: The director may approve, conditionally approve or deny an application for activities regulated by this Ordinance. C. Permit Fees: A permit fee is charged for each site based on the following scale: 1. Level One Permit: Containing more than 300 sq.ft. and less than or equal to 1,000 sq.ft. of new or replaced impervious surface OR containing more than 500 sq.ft. and less than or equal to 5,000 sq.ft. or clearing or grading. The Level One Permit fee is $113 per site. 2. Level Two Permit: Containing more than 1,000 sq.ft. and less than or equal to 5,000 sq.ft. of new or replaced impervious surface OR containing more than 5,000 sq.ft. and less than or equal to 30,000 sq.ft. or clearing or grading. The Level Two Permit fee is $316 per site. 3. Level Three Permit: Containing more than 5,000 sq.ft. and less than or equal to one acre of new or replaced impervious surface OR containing more than 30,000 sq.ft. of clearing or grading. The Level Three Permit is $633 per site. 4. Level Four Permit: Containing more than one acre of impervious surface. The Level Fourt Permit is $844 per acre of impervious surface or portion thereof. The permit fee shall not be less than $113 for any single phase of a project. Multiple permits required for phased projects shall consider the thresholds for each individual phase. Moneys received for this fee shall be deposited into the surface and storm water utility fund. [Ord. 2005-06-050; Ord. 10633, 1995]
