Title 13 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS
Chapter 15 UTILITIES AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES LOCATED WITHIN CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY

13.15.050 - DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

No person or anyone acting on such person's behalf shall take any action or permit any action to take place which may impair or damage any right-of-way or other property located in, on, or adjacent thereto.
