Chapter 54 HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION

2.54.010 - CREATED - MEMBERSHIP

There is created a Historic Preservation Commission (Commission) with members appointed and serving in accordance with Section 7.01 of the Charter. The Commission shall have the duties and responsibilities set forth in this chapter and such other duties as are set by City ordinance.
