Chapter 60 SIGN CONTRUCTION AND ERECTION

17.60.270 - VIOLATION - PENALTY

Any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is declared to be a misdemeanor and each day or part of a day that such violation continues shall be punishable by a fine in any sum not exceeding $100, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
