4.14.010 - ESTABLISHED
There is established a nonreverting fund to be known as the Housing and Community Development Fund. Said funds shall be used for community development purposes, under the federal guidelines and regulations of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, specifically for upgrading neighborhoods in an effort to improve living conditions.
