Chapter 12 LAKE WHATCOM WATER SAFETY

8.12.010 - JURISDICTION

The City, in the exercise of its police powers, assumes control and jurisdiction of all waters of Lake Whatcom within its limits; and such waters, for the purpose of this chapter, shall be known as "Lake Whatcom."
