Chapter 32 RAILROAD EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

13.32.050 - VIOLATION--PENALTY

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200, and each day of violation shall be a separate offense.
