13.70.150 - FEES
A. The fees charged for processing a concurrency application, including review of the concurrency evaluation, issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Concurrency, or appeal of concurrency evaluation denial shall be as specified in the schedule as established by City Council resolution. B. Development by municipal, county, state and federal governments, and special districts (as that term is defined in state law) are exempt from the Temporary Certificate of Concurrency Application Fee.
