Chapter 24 CONTINUOUS AMUSEMENTS, PERFORMANCES, AND MARATHON CONTESTS

6.24.030 - VIOLATION - PENALTY

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon trial and conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not to exceed $300 or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not to exceed 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
