Chapter 08 BUSINESS LICENSES AND REGULATIONS--SERVICES AND AMUSEMENTS

6.08.070 - LICENSE-EVIDENCE OF LIABILITY

In any action arising out of any provision of this chapter, the fact that the party thereto represented himself as engaged in any business or calling shall be conclusive evidence of the liability of such party to pay for a license.
