Chapter 12 STREET OBSTRUCTION PERMITS

13.12.090 - PROHIBITED ACTS

It is a misdemeanor to:

A. Undertake any work within a city street or alley right-of-way without first obtaining a street obstruction permit or other appropriate authorization;

B. Undertake work not in conformance with approved plans or specifications;

C. Continue work in a city street or alley right-of-way after the permit allowing the work has been revoked pursuant to Section 13.12.070, or has expired; or

D. Fail to comply with any condition imposed by the Director of Public Works.
