6.17.180 - MEETINGS - PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum public notice of any public meeting for the purpose of granting, renewing, or modifying any franchise shall be by publication at least once in a local newspaper of general circulation in compliance with Washington State statutes and by announcement on at least 1 local origination channel of the company's cable system between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., for 2 consecutive days prior to the meeting.
