Chapter 84 DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY

4.84.050 - INTERGOVERNMENTAL TRANSFERS

Intergovernmental transfers of real property shall be made in accordance with RCW Chapter 39.33, RCW Section 43.09.210 and/or any other applicable statutes.
