8.04.150 - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
A. The opening or consuming of any alcoholic beverage on park property is prohibited, except in those areas, or at those events that: 1. Have appropriate licensing from the State of Washington; and 2. Have explicit written permission of the Director of Parks and Recreation. B. A violation of this section is a civil infraction.
