4.80.090 - ASSURANCES REQUIRED FOR NONPUBLIC WORK CONTRACT
Where formal bidding is required, but the work does not qualify as a public work, bidders may be required to submit the 5% deposit described in Section 4.80.080 if deemed to be in the city's interest by the purchasing manager. All such requirements shall be specified in the "Invitation to bid" documents. [Ord. 8884 § 8, 1980]
