8.04.200 - INFRACTION - PENALTY
A. Any violation of the provisions of this chapter that are designated civil infractions shall subject the violator to a maximum penalty of $250. B. The court may also order a person found to have committed a civil infraction to make restitution. [Ord. 10612 §2, 1995]
