4.04.010 - ESTABLISHED
There is established a special fund, to be known as the Ambulance Fund, which fund shall hold appropriations from the city and from the county, and such other moneys as may be received for the use of the county-wide ambulance fund. This fund shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned, without necessity of reappropriation. The fund shall be administered in accordance with the terms of the agreement between the city and the county for the operation of public ambulance service. [Ord. 8328 § 1, 1974]
