10.32.080 - PERMIT-NOTICE TO OFFICIALS. CONTENTS

A. Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the Director of Public Works shall send a copy thereof to the following:

1. The Council;

2. The Fire Chief;

3. The Chief of Police.

1. Starting and terminating time;

2. Minimum speed;

3. Maximum speed;

4. Maximum interval of space to be maintained between the units of the parade;

5. The portions of the streets to be traversed that may be occupied by the parade;

6. Such other information as the Chief of Police and Fire Chief shall find necessary to the enforcement of this chapter;

7. The number of participating vehicles;

8. The number of participating pedestrians.
