Chapter 18 CANVASSERS AND SOLICITORS

6.18.090 - ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF LICENSE

The Finance Department shall issue a license upon Police Department approval and payment of the prescribed license fee. In the event of Police Department disapproval, the Finance Department shall notify the applicant of the denial and the procedures for appeal pursuant to BMC 6.18.110.
