16.55.070 - DETERMINATION OF REQUIREMENT FOR PERMIT
Any proposal to alter any Critical Area and/or required buffer including, but not limited to clearing, grading, draining, removal of vegetation, construction of buildings, facilities, utilities and related infrastructure shall require a Critical Area permit unless expressly exempted as provided under section 16.55.080. Request for Determination. Any person who wants to know whether a proposed activity or an area is subject to this Chapter may request in writing a determination from the Director. The Director may request additional information as necessary in order to make the determination. The Director shall ordinarily respond within 15 days of the date that the request or additional information was received. [Ord. 2005-11-092]
