8.12.060 - SPEED LIMIT
It is unlawful for any person to operate any watercraft at a speed in excess of 5 nautical miles per hour under the following circumstances: A. Within 250' of any shoreline, pier, restricted area or shore installation. B. Within 100' of a swimmer or nonmotorized watercraft. C. Between one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise. [Ord. 9682 § 1, 1987; Prior code § 10.12.060]
