Title 4 REVENUE AND FINANCE
Chapter 39 WATER, SANITARY SEWER, AND SURFACE AND STORM WATER ADMINISTRATION AND RATES

4.39.020 - USE

All sums accumulated in the Surface and Storm Water Utility Fund shall be used exclusively for the operation of the utility including administration, compliance and enforcement, plans and specifications review and inspections, capital improvements, master plan development and review, operation and maintenance, and public information and education.
