6.08.030 - LICENSE-TENTS-EXHIBITION ON DEMAND.
A. Each license issued under this chapter shall contain at least the name in full of the person to whom it is issued, the kind of business authorized, and the period of its validity. The license shall be signed by the Finance Director or his designee before becoming valid. B. Every person holding a license shall, upon demand, exhibit the same to any City officer or member of the police force of the City. [Ord. 9077 §7, 1982; prior code §15.06.040]
