Chapter 69 ADDITIONAL SALES AND USE TAX

4.69.050 - AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT FOR ADMINISTRATION

The Mayor is authorized to enter into a contract with the Department of Revenue for the administration of this tax.
