6.30.140 - INSPECTION
In order to insure compliance with this chapter all areas of licensed adult entertainment business premises which are open to the public or to customers or patrons, except adult motel sleeping rooms during the times such rooms are actually rented to customers, shall be open to inspection by the Police Chief or designee during the hours when the premises are open for business.
