17.90.100 - PENALTIES
A. Anyone violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $1,000. Each day’s violation or failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense. B. In addition, anyone violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall also be subject to a cumulative civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $100 per day. The City shall collect such penalty by civil action. [Ord. 2005-12-094]
