Chapter 12 GARBAGE COLLECTION

9.12.080 - VIOLATION - PENALTY

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, or by imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
