THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE HEARD IN THE REGULAR MEETING ONLY:
CALL TO ORDER
ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING MEETINGS:

On Monday, November 4, at 7:00 PM, in City Council Chambers, there will be a public hearing to consider the Preliminary 2014 City of Bellingham revenue forecast including the property tax levy.

On Monday, November 4, at 7:00 PM, in City Council Chambers, there will be a public hearing to consider the long range population and employment growth forecasts that will be used for planning purposes to update the Bellingham Comprehensive Plan.

On Monday, November 4, at 7:00 PM, in City Council Chambers, there will be a public hearing to consider surplus of property within the Waterfront District in the vicinity of Hilton Avenue, Maple Street, Roeder, W Chestnut, C Street and W. Laurel.

There will be a worksession of the Committee of the Whole regarding the Waterfront District Subarea Plan and related documents, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in City Council Chambers on November 4.

There will be a series of worksessions of the Committee of the Whole regarding the City of Bellingham 2014 Preliminary Budget in the Mayor's Boardroom on the following dates as part of the regular Council Meeting schedule: November 4; November 18; & December 9. Please refer to the Agendas for those meetings for the approximate starting times. In addition, there may be two Committee of the Whole worksessions added to the schedule on November 25 & December 2; to begin at 1:00 PM in the Mayor's Boardroom.

Bellingham City Council meets all requirements of the State of Washington Open Meetings Act.

The meetings are also streamed live on the internet as they occur and are available at http://www.cob.org/services/education/btv10/live-stream.aspx. BTV10 programming is available 24/7 to anyone with a computer and high-speed internet access. On-line viewers will see exactly what the Comcast cable customers would see on Channel 10, without the need for cable television service.

The Bellingham Public Library also has DVD’s available for checkout. Video and audio files are available on the Internet at http://www.cob.org within 5 business days following each meeting.
