          1. APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AND/OR SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
    Minutes of the April 26 and May 10, Committee Minutes were submitted for approval.

    SS/ML MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. The motion carried 7-0
            2. OLD/NEW BUSINESS

    Michael Lilliquist proposed that the Council work with Watershed Advisory Board [WAB] to direct staff to start a preliminary financial analysis of the two proposed ordinances dealing with Lake Whatcom protection at the next scheduled meeting.

    Jack Weiss proposed that the council consider two resolutions: 1) A resolution regarding fuel sourcing and 2) A resolution regarding an alternative to fossil fuels at the June 7, 2010 meeting.

    The meeting was adjourned to Executive Session at 3:19 P.M. to hear the following items:
