February 25th, 2013 City Council Committee Meeting Minutes were submitted for approval. SS/GK MOVED APPROVAL. The motion carried 7-0.
Chuckanut Ridge Property Rezone

Terry Bornemann announced that he will be making a motion to direct that staff to prepare the necessary paperwork to rezone the Chuckanut Ridge Property to Public Land and to bring it back to Council for consideration. Gene Knutson voiced his support. Seth Fleetwood stated he would like some input from Parks and Planning before any formal Council direction to commence this work. Mayor Linville reported that staff is prepared to provide feedback and could do so at the Regular Meeting.
