ML/CL MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL AS AMENDED. GK, TB opposed. Mixed recommendation.

The January 10, 2012, Special Meeting Minutes and the January 23, 2012 Committee Meeting Minutes were submitted for approval.

SS/GK MOVED APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. The motion carried 7-0.


Bellingham Human Rights Film Festival

Seth Fleetwood reported that documentaries for this film festival are being shown at the Pickford Theatre and the Fairhaven College Auditorium. He stated that he has gone every year and the festival has been excellent. He encouraged everyone to attend.

At 3:59 PM Council President Terry Bornemann adjourned the meeting to Executive Session to hear the following items:
