The November 5th and November 19th 2012 Committee Meeting Minutes were submitted for approval. GK/SS MOVED APPROVAL. The motion carried 6-0-0. SF was out of the room for the vote.

The November 19th Special Meeting Minutes were submitted for approval. SS/GK MOVED APPROVAL. The motion carried 6-0-0. SF was out of the room for the vote. Bellingham Railway Museum [BRM]

Gene Knutson reported he has attended meetings with the BRM. They have been meeting with the Parks Department to discuss tearing down the buildings and using the rail line at Squalicum Park for a new Railway Museum. They will be meeting with the Tourism Commission and Historical Society. There are many issues to work out and the Park Plan would need to be amended. They would like to be able to move the locomotive at Bloedel Donovan and store it on one of the empty buildings at the Park to restore it. They will make a presentation to Council next year on the proposal.

Mayor's Transportation Forum

Cathy Lehman reported that she attended this conference on the Mayor's behalf last month. There was a request made for feedback from Councils regarding a transportation funding package solutions for local jurisdictions. She stated she will send an email with more information to the Members.

At 3:05 PM Council President Bornemann adjourned the meeting to Executive Session to hear the following:
