Called To Order In the temporary absence of Council President Snapp. The meeting was called to order at 12:05 PM by Council President Pro Tem, Terry Bornemann.

Mr. Bornemann adjourned to executive session at 12:06 PM to hear the following item:

President Snapp arrived and joined the Executive Session at 12:20 PM.

The meeting was called back to order at 12:24 PM by Mr. Bornemann who turned the gavel over the President Snapp.

REPORT: Staff provided an update on a litigation matter. Information only. No action taken.
