Parking will be free all day at all downtown metered spaces from December 12 - 26. Automated Pay Stations and parking meters will take a break while holiday shoppers support downtown businesses.
Although parking is free during these hours, drivers are asked to park responsibly by observing the time limit posted on the meter. Anyone wishing to stay all day is encouraged to park at the free hourly parking at the Parkade or 8-hour metered locations.
Monthly permit parking will be enforced. Time-limited areas will continue to be enforced.
Parking is always free on weekends and holidays.
