The Bellingham Police Department provides fingerprinting services for most purposes, except immigration. If your request for fingerprinting is for Immigration and Naturalization, please contact that agency for a list of approved fingerprinting service providers.
You can be fingerprinted at the Bellingham Police Department on Tuesday's from 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM and Thursday's, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
You are required to bring valid picture identification with you. Print cards may be acquired from the requestor of the prints. You will be charged $10 whether you have one or two cards and $3 for each additional card. We accept cash, local Whatcom county checks, or a money order.
Please have your cards filled out in black ink before you arrive, but do not sign them until you are with the fingerprint specialist.
