Criminal convictions are public record and available for a $10 fee. You may apply for a conviction background check in person during normal business hours.
You must have the full name and date of birth of the individual whose record you are requesting. This process takes five business days. Your request will be mailed to you upon completion or you may pick it up.
The search will only include Bellingham Police Department convictions. If you desire a more extensive search, you may contact the Washington State Patrol at (360) 705-5100, or you can visit their Internet web-site WATCH program.
