When
you have become an official block watch within the city limits of
Bellingham, you are entitled to lease block watch signs for your
neighborhood. Each sign can be leased for $20. The block watch captain or
designee would pay the leasing fee(s) to our reception desk. Our
receptionist will ask for the proposed location of the sign(s) and will give
the purchaser a receipt. The receptionist will forward the location
information and a copy of the receipt to the Crime Prevention Officer and
he/she will order the signs to be installed.
