Exit Skill II Coopers 12 Minute Swimming Test (SWS p.p. 189)
Student swims for twelve minutes nonstop on the first and last
day and compares the number of laps. Unfortunately, the chart on
page SWS p.p. 189 only goes down to 13 years of age
