 Annual Docket

According to the Growth Management Act, cities are only allowed to amend their comprehensive plan or neighborhood plans, once a year. The City of Bellingham requires that all amendment and rezone request proposals be submitted to the Planning Department by April 1st of each year so that it can be considered for inclusion on the annual docket.

Proposals for 2014/2015 Docket

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 15, 2014 to consider the following proposal(s) and make their recommendations to City Council as to which one(s) should be added to the annual Docket of Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
