To pay your ticket online you will need to know your vehicle license plate number and the parking ticket number. Once you have entered both numbers, the outstanding ticket for the vehicle license plate that are less than 60 days from the issue date will appear. If you have multiple tickets, you must process each ticket individually by entering the individual vehicle license number.

If you know you were issued a ticket and it isn’t showing up on this website, make sure it is after 9 a.m. on the business day following the date you received the ticket. For example, if you received a ticket on Friday and it was a three day (holiday) weekend, then the ticket may not show up until the following Tuesday after 9 a.m. If it still does not show up on the next business day, call our support number and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When making a payment, be sure to have your card available before you start your transaction.

No.  There are no convenience fees charged for online transactions.  You will pay the same amount as if you mailed a check or paid in person at our customer service counter.

If you have multiple vehicles with tickets, each ticket will require a separate transaction.  Once you process the ticket, simply return to the main payment site and your next transaction will be added to your shopping cart (if your online session is not closed).

Yes, after you have completed the transaction, you will have the option to print a receipt. Please print your receipt prior to leaving the site. After you have quit your payment session, you will not be able to return and print a receipt.

No.  Once a ticket has been paid, it will no longer be visible on this website.

No.  If your ticket is 60-days or more past the issue date, it has been sent to collections and you can no longer pay it online. Please contact the collection agency at 1+(800) 456-8838 to arrange payment.

The system automatically calculates late fees. If you pay before the late fee is calculated and your transaction is successful, you will not owe a late fee.

If your ticket is available to pay online, and your transaction is successful, your ticket will NOT be assigned to a collections agency.

You will receive a credit for your parking ticket payment by the close of business. If you exited the program and returned, you will see a pending payment warning message.  The next day the citation should no longer appear in the online payment system.

Yes, parking permits can be renewed by going to the City’s central payment page at www.cob.org/pay.  Select the preferred payment method next to the Parking Permit payment icon.

If you pay your ticket online, the ticket must be paid in full. To contest a parking ticket, you must request a contested hearing from the Bellingham Municipal Court within the time limits prescribed by law. To request a fine reduction, you must request a mitigation hearing from the Bellingham Municipal Court within the time limits prescribed by law.
