On September 23rd, more than 100 residents took part in a charrette - a short design exercise - imagining infill potential in key areas of Bellingham. Twelve teams were created, and each generally produced two drawings: one about existing conditions, and one depicting design opportunities. The following documents are in Adobe’s Acrobat 6.0 format, which allows "layers," essentially giving viewers the ability to turn on or off elements of each drawing.
