Public Input Workshops

A series of public workshops were held in June / July 2008 to discuss the vision for the area and draft a conceptual plan. The public input report contains a summary of the public comments that were received during the workshops and explains the conceptual plan presented by staff.

June 5, 2008 - Introduction and Character

June 12, 2008 - Public Realm: Streets, Trails, and Plazas

June 19, 2008 - Permitted Uses, Design and Scale

July 10, 2008 - Summary of Public Input and Discussion of Alternatives

February 26, 2009 - Pre-Application Meeting

Following these workshops staff worked with numerous professional consultants, stakeholders, and local agencies to test the feasibility of the conceptual ideas. In February, a public meeting was held to present the draft policies and regulations and gather public feedback.
