On May 6th, the City hosted the fourth Public Input Meeting for the Fountain District Urban Village master planning process. In this meeting staff presented a summary of the suggestions, comments and concerns that had been offered by neighborhood residents, business owners and commercial property owners over the course of prior meetings. During the Public Input Meetings participants asked staff to provide more information about how proposed changes to the Fountain District Urban Village zoning and development regulations might affect them. Staff will be scheduling "Focus Area Study Groups" over the summer months to work with interested participants in studying, analyzing, and refining alternatives.
