The City of Bellingham is updating its current Shoreline Master Program (SMP). The City began this process in November 2005. The review by the Planning Commission is complete and the 2007 DRAFT SMP is now under review by the Bellingham City Council. 2007 DOCUMENTS AND COMMENT TRACKER:

Hardcopies of the 2007 DRAFT SMP are available at the Planning and Community Development Department for $12.50.
APPENDIX A: The City of Bellingham Shoreline Characterization and Inventory CDs are also available for $2.50.
