During 2011, the Bellingham Comprehensive Plan will be undergoing the update process (PDF). During this time, citizens will have the opportunity to review the changes and will be encouraged to provide feedback and participate. The City Council adopted the current Bellingham Comprehensive Plan on June 5, 2006. Note: The Parks, Recreation and Open Space Chapter is updated by the Parks & Recreation Department on it's own time schedule and is provided separately, link is below.
