The Queen Mountain Annexation includes approximately 38 acres. The area is adjacent to Bellingham City Limits on the south and east sides, and undeveloped June Road and Mars Street right-of-way to the north and west.
September 8, 2009: Effective date of annexation to the City of Bellingham, WA.
August 24, 2009: City Council approves annexation effective September 8, 2009.
September 29, 2008: Bellingham City Council held a public meeting to consider the annexation petition and voted to initiate the annexation process.
July 22, 2008: A neighborhood meeting was held at the Grace Baptist Church, no one from the public attended the meeting.
February 12, 2008 - Whatcom County Council added this area to Bellingham's Urban Growth Area.
