The proposed Pacific Hwy./Northwest/Aldrich Road Annexation area is

Urban Residential Mixed (URMX) designation allowing 6 dwelling units an acre
with the possibility of increasing the number to 10 with the purchase of
Transfer of Development Rights from Lake Whatcom Watershed. Single family
dwellings are located along Northwest Drive, Larrabee Road and Aldrich Road.
